    Now I am really curious what book it is! I mostly borrowed from the library, so I usually just return the book without finish it (last year I abandoned like 20 books…)

    Ha! I'll never say. I've started and stopped three books, including this one, after finishing the John Irving book. I hope the one I started last night will stick!

    I was on vacation recently when it happened to me, and airplane carry-on so limited, there's a book in an apartment in Florence waiting for someone….
