Baseball is back, and Phillies superstar Bryce Harper reads romance novels. I live near where the Harpers’ stay during the season, which makes me wonder if Bryce and I are swapping romance novels in that specific Little Free Library????

A school in the county where my grandparents retired in Florida removed a graphic novel about Anne Frank. I really don’t want to keep slamming you with book banning news in these posts — especially since I gather most of my readers here are aware — but cripes.

But hey, this illustrator was dropped by his publisher for posting transphobic notes threatening children. No need to employ that guy in making books for kids!
